Update August 15

The Arlington All-Stars had a great run in the World Series, finishing pool play 3-1 to advance to the World Series Championship bracket. Unfortunately, they lost a very close semi-final game to Orcutt, CA, 0-1, and finished 4th overall.  

Matt Langley was named to the 2023 World Series All-Star team. Will Devens was recognized as the World Series All-Defensive Team 1st Baseman. and AJ McCracken placed 2nd in the Home Run Derby skills competition.

State Champs!

In two straight games, ASBR beat Vienna to advance to the Virginia State competition. Next stop, Herndon on July 6!

Update July 10

Arlington persevered through rain delays, suspended and postponed games to emerge as the state champions! They were undefeated through the tournament, even playing an extra game against the host Northern Fairfax in the first game of the bracket. Tournament MVP was Reid Schwartz.

They will advance directly to the World Series, which will be hosted by Stafford and begins on August 3.
